POSTAGE COSTS:
All orders are posted through Australia Post Using Express post Pre-Paid satchels at a discounted rate.
For small orders of up to 3 sets of Breast pads , Single Inserts or wet bags most times we can send as a large letter for $2 we will email you at checkout to see if you would prefer this over the normal express satchel.
We can post up to 4 day nappies in a Small Express satchel for $7.00
Up to 8 nappies in a 3kg Satchel for $11.00
Up to 18 nappies into a 5 kg Express Satchel $11.00
Any amount of nappies over this will be sent Registered mail at cost.
Occasionally the cart may overcharge postage in this case you will be Refunded asap.
PRODUCT SATISFACTION:
If the product you receive fails to meet the description on our product page or is different in any way to the product you ordered or you find it to be defective, please send us an email with a description of the problem and we will replace or refund your purchase depending on the situation.
**Please note that Abby Gro will not refund or replace soiled nappies or products that have been damaged after they have been shipped from us.
